Those associated with the Ukrainian nationalist organizations are behind the establishment and operation of the «death groups» in social networks. This was stated by the manager of the Internet marketing PJSC «Megaphone», Anton Elizarov, at a meeting of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. 

‘I would also say that as a result of this communication, we have been able to figure out that it is exactly the Ukrainian nationalism. Many accounts that I have met in the framework of the story, are related to the Ukrainian nationalism,’ said Elizarov, noting that he had managed to talk with several founders of these groups.

Elizarov carried out his own investigation, during which he was able to learn the prerequisites for the «death groups» appearance in one of the social networks. 

‘I will share this data with the investigation,’ assured the representative of the «Megaphone». 

Earlier, the vice-speaker of the State Duma, Irina Yarovaya announced the transfer, for examination to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the government , of a bill introducing criminal liability for the inducement of children to suicide.
