According to radio intercepts, the terrorist attack in the Lugansk city against the LPR Supreme Commander Igor Plotnitsky is relevant to the SBU saboteurs trained in Severodonetsk under the leadership of the commander of the so-called "Rubin" unit, the training in which is carried out under control of curators of the foreign countries special services, the masterminds of the Ukrainian punitive operation against the people of Donbass.

According to our intelligence, just before the diversion, a special unit of the SBU reached a communication and requested the confirmation of criminal acts.

Thus, the Ukrainian authorities, understanding the impartiality and firmness of the LPR Head’s policy, has committed a vile, desperate and senseless attempt to eliminate the Supreme Commander.

The LPR People’s Militia, together with the Ministry of State Security and the border control offices, are taking measures to search for criminal saboteurs.
