The Donetsk People's Republic will not allow the Ukrainian authorities to unleash a new stage of the war in Donbass. This was announced at a press conference in Donetsk by the Head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko. 

‘The situation on the contact line is tense. Poroshenko's only chance to remain in power is to unleash military operations, the purpose of which is to disrupt the Minsk Agreements. We will not allow it,’ said Zakharchenko. 

The Head of the Republic emphasized that, if necessary, the response of the DPR Armed Forces ‘will be adequate’.
