About three o'clock in the afternoon on July 15, the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko was at the forefront, in the area of the town of Avdeevka, with an inspection. The DPR leader wanted to personally see how the Minsk agreements are respected.

During a visit to the positions, The Head himself, his guards and the DPR army soldiers came under fire from heavy artillery. 18 shells from 122mm howitzers D-30 and 120mm mortars were launched on our positions.

The artillery attack caused no casualties.

‘Poroshenko, who says that Ukraine 100% has fulfilled the Minsk Agreements, lies! I hope that the information about this case of the Agreements violation by Kiev will be passed to all members of the Norman format, Poroshenko personally, as well as to the US Secretary of State, who is currently in Moscow.
