Yesterday, when analyzing SMS-correspondence intercepted by patriots from servers of Ukrainian operators, our employees found reports on the destruction of the OSCE Mission car in the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic on April 23. 

The intercepted messages of May 7, 2017 confirm the joint actions of the Ukrainian special forces and the SBU to hide evidence of their involvement in the terrorist attack. The callsigns and names of the officers involved in the operation are indicated, as well as their task is destroy the UAZ vehicle, on which the subversive group moved to the site where the OSCE patrol car was blown up.

According to the analysis of the encoded correspondence, several special groups operated there, each of them having a separate task: one prepared intelligence data for sabotage, another ensured the retreat of the direct perpetrators-demolitionists group to the Ukrainian territory, the third monitored and tracked the reaction of the Mission staff and the People's militia units after the car had been blown up. One of the groups, which was to hide the evidence, stayed in the Lugansk Republic after the explosion of the Mission car. It is also mentioned that in one of the groups, apparently while the group of saboteurs had been retreating to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, one of the servicemen had been wounded. It is noted that the Ukrainian command of the special services had positively assessed the results of this provocation aimed at accusing the Lugansk People's Republic of the death of the OSCE Mission personnel.

These materials will be thoroughly studied by the LPR law enforcement authorities and verified promptly for their use in the investigation of the terrorist act.

The location of one of the cell towers is the city of Severodonetsk.

 

First. «Stepan, good day, we are in Severny, near the space, with locals. How is it going?» (The city of Severodonetsk, by the location of the cell phone tower, the number of which is in the intercepted file's log). 

Second: «Okay». 

First: «Our analysis is of the big task of the seniors (that is, the senior command), on a white car, I was at the top .. the capital (that is, the report in Kiev on the demolition of the OSCE Mission car). «Dmytro», a volunteer (the employee comes from nationalistic volunteer formations) who fell sick after 24, as he went out with the guys (wounded, when one of the groups left after April 24), left some garbage on the other side, in Kadievka (Stakhanov city) . He did not clean the UAZ car, our people went there» (one of the groups was traveling by a UAZ car).

Second: «Got it, so what?». 

First: «Your people will have to clean, it should be clean. Only quickly, they know how to find. Then report to me. I'll check it myself» (One of the Ukrainian agent group in Stakhanov is tasked to destroy the evidence which can be detected in the UAZ car by the law enforcement agencies of the Republic). 

Second: «It should have been done earlier, at once. Well, we’ll do it while it is quiet». (He confirms that he will carry out the task to hide the evidence). 

First: «Good. Well, the senior top (command of the intelligence services and the Armed Forces, the authorities of Ukraine) is pleased with us on the whole, you have also done well». 

Second: «Warn «Dmytro» Dmytro warned not to talk, he might got drunk in hospital and start flapping his tongue, as a hero». (Warning about hiding, from the command and bystanders, mistakes and irregularities in the execution of the task by the militant «Dmytro»).

First: «Maybe I'll shut him up telling him there will not be a reward». (Confirms that he will warn «Dmytro» about the prohibition to disclose the information about mistakes during carrying out the task, possibly that the group was discovered and had losses). 

Second: «Okay. It's a pity that their guy got caught, bad luck. There are some jambs» (He regrets wounding the American observer, the mistake of the undermining team during carrying out the task. Perhaps, they were tasked only to carry out the explosion near the car in order to prevent casualties). 

First: «That’s all, call me later, and see you on the Island. Are you coming soon?» (The Island is the Rybalsky Island in the city of Kiev, where the buildings of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine are located, next it the territory of the Roshen confectionery company owned by President Poroshenkois located). 

Second: «I'll try after the holidays, it's time to appear at home» (It means that he is from the city of Kiev, and the «First» can meet him in the main intelligence department in Kiev).
