The nationalists are panicking, saying that the DPR and LPR are armed today with as many tanks and artillery systems, as there were at Kursk in the days of the Great Patriotic War, and sometimes with even more. It was stated by the former leader of the UNA-UNSO Dmitry Korchinsky on the air of the TV channel «NewsOne».
'According to the former head of the SBU and the former Security Council Secretary Evgheny Marchuk, who is a competent person, the DPR and LPR have today more than 700 tanks. They are supplied with this equipment by the Muscovites, as well as with more than a thousand of artillery systems. It is this equipment that works round the clock and kills our people. It is more than there was at the Kursk Bulge. Today we have the number of ammunition launched on the heads of our soldiers, that it can be compared with the figures of the Second World War on the density of fire and kilograms of explosives,' said Korchinsky.
